There is the Peace which swells upward and outward
  with the sound of the waves on the beach and soft sunlight on the sand.

There is the Peace that shines from the face of One who was lived well
  and is now content to stay or go Home when Spirit calls.

There is the deep Peace that descends upon the heart
  when gazing at the star filled night, we realize we are not alone.

Blessed Spirit, fill me with your peace in its many forms and textures,
  that I may be a blessing and a vessel of healing wherever I am.
