My Life is God’s life expressing through me.  Every cell in my body is nourished and sustained by God’s Love and Energy.  Divine Intelligence is working through every pathway and function of my body realizing perfect Being.  I am grateful for my magnificent body.  Every cell within my body is directed by Divine Intelligence.  The cells of my body are working together perfectly to sustain My well being.

 I am in constant relationship with my Body.  I anticipate my body’s needs.  I fill my body with the Breathe of Life, and I exhale what it no longer needed.  Daily I give thanks for my magnificent body through which I express My Life.  With my body I have the gift of touch; to touch the world around me, to experience my world through feeling its textures, feeling the warmth and energy of a loving hand.

 Today I bless my body.  I am grateful that today and everyday Divine Intelligence is moving through my body maintaining perfect harmony and order.  As I step out into the day my thoughts and my body express who I am to the world. 

I give thanks that my body is perfect in every way.
And so it is.
