| Dear The Group of 1000 colleagues,
It is with pleasure and joy that I am able to report to you on the second G1K dinner with Neale, held this time in the hotel De Bilt in Utrecht, The Netherlands. Roel Somers, one of our Dutch members, did an amazing job organizing it all and we found our way to a (fairly) quiet table where we could have our talk about The Group of 1000. Besides Neale, eight members were present and inspiration was flowing throughout the evening. We listened attentively to each other with the aim of getting better acquainted.
The greater part of the dinner participants come from Holland. Marga Jansen and Marian van Leeuwen, true inspiration sources, shared with us their ideas about how to share the message in Conversations with God with others. Their enthusiasm was bubbling.
The forth Dutch member present was Lou Hamburger, whose passion for the G1K was not to be missed. The conversations raised at the dinner table are continuing even as I write this, which shows that the Group of 1000 is an ongoing process!

Our wonderful G1K friend, Anne Clarke, flew to Amsterdam from Ireland the very same morning and had us all inspired when reminding us that anything is possible, it’s just about finding the little steps to take you there. Thera Valster and Andrzej Wojnicz came in from Switzerland. Their warmth and sincerity showed that this group does not only create community, it creates friends.

With his down-to-earth manner, Neale humbly, and with a great sense of humour, shared his views with us. God is truly talking to everyone always, in all ways. That remembrance turned out to be the beginning of a most interesting conversation about confusion of tongues. For the G1K members in the multilingual continent of Europe, this is an important issue to bring to light. When translating the CwG messages into different languages, there is always the question of trying to preserve the puns and that which is unique in the origin language.

This Group of 1000 dinner was held during one of Neale’s tours in Europe. He has been holding retreats in different countries where he has kept on inspiring people, and I look forward to receiving new names on our members’ list in the next few weeks!
All my love and hugs,
Karolina Kempe, Sweden
